Joshua Kwon has been drawing pictures since he was 5 years old. He is a skilled artist who weaves together cartoon styles reminiscent of Disney and Pixar animations with realistic objectivity. Influenced by popular films such as Finding Nemo, he uses markers, clean lines, a rich palette of colors, and subtle blending techniques in his artwork.

When Joshua was a child, he would pick dandelions during walks with his grandmother, line them up on the carpet, and lie down with his face in his hands, staring at the flowers. He also developed a great interest in buses because he often rode them with his grandmother. When he couldn’t express his emotions verbally, he expressed them through his drawings. When he was feeling happy, he drew hamburgers, and their size grew in proportion to his joy. When he was very angry, he drew pictures of splitting fish and illustrated eggs falling and breaking in a slow-motion style.

When he is not engaged in art-making at home, he enjoys cooking and baking. He has a child-like heart and finds joy in the simple things and he shows consideration for those around him. 조슈아 권은 5세부터 그림을 그리기 시작했습니다. 그는 디즈니와 픽사 애니메이션을 떠올리게 하는 만화 스타일과 사실적인 객관성을 엮어내는 숙련된 예술가입니다. <니모를 찾아서>와 같은 인기 영화의 영향을 받아, 그는 마커, 깔끔한 선, 풍부한 색조, 섬세한 혼합 기법을 사용하여 작품을 만듭니다.

자슈아가 어렸을때 할머니와 산책중에 길가에 피어 있는 민들레를 꺽어와서 카펫 위에 줄을 맞춰 놓고 업드려 얼굴에 손을 괴고 꽃들을 바라보곤 했습니다. 그는 또한 할머니와 함께 버스를 자주 타면서 버스에 큰 관심을 가지게 되었습니다. 말을 통해 감정을 표현할 수 없을 때 그는 그림을 통해 자신의 감정을 나타냈습니다. 기분이 좋을 땐 한손에 햄버거를 그렸는데 기쁨에 비례해 햄버거 크기가 커졌습니다. 또한 화가 많이 났을때는 물고기를 두동강 내는 그림을 그렸고 달걀이 떨어져서 깨지는 그림을 술로모션처럼 그리기도 했습니다

집에서 미술 활동을 하지 않을 때는 요리와 제빵을 즐깁니다. 그는 어린아이 같은 마음을 가지고 있으며, 소소한 것들에서 기쁨을 찾습니다. 그는 종종 주변 사람들을 배려하눈 모습을 보이기도 합니다.
